The kitchen prides itself on accommodating diet restrictions. This means if you say you are gluten free or dairy free, for example, they will cook portions for you. If you allergic to tofu or shellfish, for example, they will have options for you. This accurate info from you is essential. If you have a real food allergy that causes you a reaction please tell us what foods trigger you. The more precise you can be the better. If you request special food, you do need to eat it as they plan menus around peoples restrictions. So, to ensure everyone has the right things to eat, if you request anything special, you do need to stick to it at the retreat. Thanks!
