Everybody Has A “Why Bother” Story And Yes, So Do You!

Everybody Has A "Why Bother" Story And Yes, So Do You!

Want to get your bother on starting now?

Read the first chapter from my new book for a jolt of fresh perspective and possibility, and a radical reframe on what to do when you are feeling lost, blah, unmotivated, or burned out, in any area of your life or for any reason — even success!

I’m so grateful that you opened this email because that means you want to read my ideas and my stories.

I want to read your story too. Like the rest of the world, I’m craving the connection and intimacy that stories create more than ever. Stories are keeping me sane and helping me hope.

When I was planning how to get the word out about my new book, Why Bother? Discover the Desire for What’s Next, I asked women I admired to write their “why bother?” stories. We shared those stories on social media and it was thrilling. I treasured the different perspectives and learned so much!

I couldn’t let their stories disappear into the internet ether so I compiled them into a beautifully designed e-book (thanks team Jen!), added journaling prompts for you, and a challenge with prizes!

Cause who doesn’t love a prize?

I’d love to gift you the e-book with a gentle request: please write and share your own “why bother?” story.

Everything you need to do so is inside the e-book. You’ll read the stories I found so inspiring and then use the very same questions to write yours.

Then share your brief story using the hashtags provided in the book.

Or if you prefer to share the e-book with anyone you feel could use help getting their bother on. My goal is to help a million people get their bother on!

If you share your story using the hashtags, every month we will choose someone randomly to win a free month at the weekly Oasis, where we help people get their bother on week after week.

We need more connection and more hope, and the more thoughtful “why bother” stories we put out into the world, the more we take a stand against division, cynicism, and loneliness.

I love the idea of keeping these stories flowing, don’t you?

I appreciate your time and your willingness to bother.
