The Best Question Ever

Jan 4, 2014

I recorded an early morning video to explore my response to a fantastic question I received from a wonderful soul.

I do videos when I find it easier to talk my way through ideas rather than write my way – it’s about feeling connected to you as I talk that helps me get clear.

I won’t tell you the question – watch the first 30 seconds to hear it – but I will tell you some of my responses:

  • Much shifts when you no longer buy the story, “I’m uniquely broken or empty or bad.”
  • Making space for all of my experiences makes it safe to go inside.
  • Listening to and trusting the true shape of your life leads away from fear and envy to a more solid ground.
  • The way you do that – to live your true life – is through listening, trusting yourself, taking action, and then seeing what you now know.

I hope my morning ramblings are useful to you. And I really hope you’ll join me and the 1600+ women signed up for the sampler class on shadow comforts and time monsters. I’ve got a special guest, Rachel Cole, and a host of helpful ideas to share. Sign up is freeee and it’s all right here.

Love,

Jen
