July 24

4:30 – 5:30pm Gentle Yoga with Michele (this is a great way to unwind; no previous yoga experience necessary)
6:00 – 6:30pm Un-Cocktail hour

7:30 – 9:15pm Opening/Getting Grounded/Loving Yourself Up

July 25

7:00 – 7:30am Dance Yourself Awake (free form dance w/ Jen)

9:00 – 10:45am Writing Warm Ups with Jennifer and Michele
10:45 – 11:00am Very brief check-in with your small group
11:00am – 12:30pm WRITING TIME (If you find you can’t write, please use this time to ‘be’ with your writing, thinking, making notes, pondering, or journaling; Jen’s under the pergola for coaching.)
12:30 – 1:30pm Lunch (You can write during this time or carry your lunch to wherever you want–including your room. You don’t have to be social!)
1:30 – 3:15pm Working with the Inner Critic (Writing exercises, small group discussions and lecture about learning how to deal with the voices in your head.)
4:30- 5:45 pm Yoga with Michele

7-8 pm Evening Council
